This is Kenny Herriot; he’s one of the world's leading wheelchair athletes, breaking the British Record for the marathon in 2005. He became disabled in 2000 as the result of a twenty mile an hour motorcycle accident. Having previously been a successful fitness instructor he was determined to regain his fitness and not let his disability hold him back. Now he’s a motivational speaker and an ambassador for Transition; he recently completed a once in a lifetime journey from Lands End to John o’ Groats on his hand cycle to raise money for the multiple charities he helps, including us. Kenny has two sons, both of whom dabble in the black art of the wheeled shoe. Zak in particular is seen at Transition Extreme every time he’s back in the ‘deen. Check out Kenny’s web site - watch what he can do and all should become clear why we all think so highly of this man.
Our man Simie has chucked together a whopping 6 minutes of Lyon footage to view at your own pleasure, and this is just the offcuts. Suit you Sir, nice tash.
My good friend Rasmus shows the world how to frontside boneless. This is a must have trick, do it over, off, and on every ramp in the park. Once you can, then go ahead call yourself a master of the frontside boneless!
