The Wednesday Comp son!!

The first Wednesday night comp started with a bang! Well a lot of bangs actually – it happened yards from Aberdeen’s biggest fireworks display in years. Some of us even got to see them going snap, crackle and pop. As for the comp we had some true bangers, some crazy pop and some screaming Scotsmen (if that isn’t a name for a firework - it should be). It took most of the night but we got there in the end. Tea mugs were tagged up in the traditional Wednesday cup livery by our very own president elect Barrack O’bam’r. And they looked the dogs’.
One went to Flying Ryan Gibson (AKA Sheckler) for winning the under sixteens. The other went to Dan G for winning a very hard fought battle with transition staff tech dog Pete C and all round ruler Callum ‘the first black president’ Barrack.
Notable moments came from both groups. Wee Lee Ross and Neil 2.0 comping each other on every trick and ending up with the same score, best of all was Mark his last name is Paterson, laying down the hardest trick of the day: a switch mayday. Then to his horror four people got it! Some of whom have never even tried it before. See you here next week for more cups, prizes and banter.
